Informational boundary
XO-Trading material in the current controlled release is presented as structured market information and is not represented as a personal recommendation or a guarantee that a transaction is suitable for a particular customer. A disclaimer does not change the legal character of a communication, so service design and marketing must remain within the separately approved regulatory boundary.
Customer decision
The customer remains responsible for deciding whether to act on market information and for understanding any connected venue, wallet, instrument, leverage, liquidation, custody, smart-contract, network and counterparty risks.
Loss risk
Trading and leveraged products can result in rapid and substantial losses. A customer may lose all capital committed to a position and, depending on the external product or venue used, may face additional obligations. Cryptoassets can be highly volatile and may become illiquid or lose substantial or all value.
No guaranteed outcome
Past, simulated, backtested or measured historical results do not guarantee future performance. Model outputs, technical indicators, forecasts and signals can be wrong, delayed, incomplete or affected by market conditions that were not present in historical data.
Execution safety
The current public-launch candidate keeps server-side live trading execution locked. Where customer-signed functionality is separately enabled, the customer controls the signing decision and wallet. HEXOUT support will never need a customer's private key or seed phrase.
UK financial-promotion boundary
Nothing in the public launch should be understood as an invitation or inducement to engage in a regulated investment or acquire a qualifying cryptoasset unless the communication is made through a lawful UK financial-promotion route. Cryptoasset and investment promotions, if introduced, require separate review for applicable FCA rules, including fair-clear-not-misleading standards and any required risk warnings, appropriateness checks, categorisation or cooling-off measures.
No compensation assumption
Do not assume that a cryptoasset, wallet, venue or trading loss is protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or Financial Ombudsman Service. Protection depends on the legal status of the product, activity and provider.
Independent assessment
Customers should consider their own financial position, objectives, experience and ability to bear loss and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Launch restriction
XO-Trading remains subject to a separate UK regulatory and financial-promotion review. HEXOUT may restrict the audience, features or territories for XO-Trading until that review is complete.
